Guinness Cupcakes with Bailey’s Frosting

I found these on Pinterest for St Patrick’s Day a few years ago and now they are requested every year.

They are a Guinness cupcake with a Baileys frosting.

They are incredible. We also tell the kids they are “Adult” cupcakes.

They are not at all good for you…but so worth it.

The cake is not very sweet and has a rich, dense texture that is not too heavy. The Bailey’s frosting really takes it to the next level!
